Default Today I ate

A protein powder smoothie for breakfast

Fish pie for lunch (not pastry, like fish shepherd's pie)

Oats with mixed nuts and cranberries, and soy milk when I got back from the gym.

A small bacon chop baked over a ton of veggies, I kid you not, 19oz raw weight of potato, carrot and onion.

I am ffuullll! I can't see eating anything else tonight but I'm on a 1450 average and only ate 1199 yesterday; today is 1271.

I don't want to slide the slippery slope to thinking eating lower will make me lose faster but do you think I should call it quits or should I force down another cranberry or two?

Ta.

Don't eat if you're full. Personally, I think that just reinforces the behavior of eating because something other than your "hunger-meter" says it's time to eat.

I think this is good advice.

If you're not hungry, don't eat. Your calories are still within reason for the day (if it were less than 1000 I'd say grab a nutritious-but-small-size handful of cashews or something).

If you are full, quit. A few nuts, some peanut butter or a glass or milk or something maybe. But if you are really truly full. Then be done!

If you're full I would stop. Especially since you're trying to get to 179 by the time you go to Spain. Your body isn't going to go in to conservation mode over night.

I would stop eating. If it makes you nervous, maybe plan to eat a bit more tomorrow. It's the average that's important, and varying your intake on different days can help keep your metabolism guessing.
