Hello Everyone

Dee Glad the tests were without complications! Now keeping good thoughts for Monday's report!

I stayed OP this week but did not lose at all! Stayed the same! I did start exercise and I am wondering if I did get enough water to I am working on that this week. I do know that I do this slow, slow then big drop so I hope I am just dealing with patterns. One day at a time....

G'day

Gerri and Lily well done with your losses, hope I can report the same tomorrow after my weigh in
A question, is anyone familiar or knows of someone with the ww 123 programme on CD-ROM??
It is a little pricy and if I were to buy it I would like to know how helpful others have found it.
Have a great day all.
Cheers
Maria

me again, for anyone who is interested, I found this site with some magnificent photography on many aspects of living in South Australia.
I am only just a little parochial when it comes to living in South Australia southlight.com.au
Enjoy!

Josie When they first leave it is very hard. But, this too will pass. Sometimes it is hard to remember that motherhood is the only job there is where the job description says that your job is to put yourself out of a job in 18 years. You never quite worrying. My oldest will be 40 this year and I still worry about him. I am sorry I didn't know you were online last night. I could have joined you. After supper I went to bed. I was tired.

Margot, don't worry about not losing. If anybody on this thread knows that staying OP pays off, it is you. I have never known anybody before who lost 95# in a single year. I remember when you joined us last year. I am so happy that I have had the opportunity to watch you lose. I hope you have the same opportunity with me this year. I will root for you on the exercise end and you can root for me on the food end. I wish staying OP was as easy for me as keeping the exercise commitment is.

We took the boys home this afternoon. Have had them for 2 full weeks. I enjoy them, but I am tired. Kelly started selling Girl Scout cookies this year. She is only 6 and so afraid. But, she is doing it. She looks so precious in her little Brownie uniform.

Maria: I think maybe Josie has that program, if I remeber right. Does it do recipes?
Great site by the way. Some really nice pictures there!

Margot: I would not worry about not losing either. It is probably the exercise. Bet you will lose big next week!

Geri: Oh how cute Kelly sounds. I bet she is adorable in the Brownie outfit. I bet she is scared selling them. I know if it was me at 6 I sure would be!

Hi Everybody
Way to go LILY , I see you are down another pound.~~~~~~Lily we are staying at the same condo on Kaanapali Beach that we always stay at. I can hardly wait until it's time to go.
Had my family over for appetizers and left-overs. My DIL is on crutches and tired from hobbling around.
Had a nice dinner and evening at our friends last night. We got home just after 11:00 so not too late.
Tomorrow I will try to get my summer things out and see what has to be washed, ironed etc.
Hi MOME, looking forward to you posting with us.
TRUDY what have you been up to?

MOME, YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE
How are you doing today? LILY here on our board is our computer expert, so if you need a bit of help with your posts I know she will help you. I'm busy trying to get my house in order and I want to make "hotdog" buns with my bread machine. I'll let you all know how that turns out. I did not hear from Dee and I don't know what time her doctor's appointment is today. We are all hoping for good news.
I'll come back later and "see" you.

Just dropped by to let you know how I am doing.
Went to the Dr. today for my results. He said I was border line. Whatever that means. He said it wasn't important for me to know. All I needed to know is that I don't need surgery. He also said that I must have something else going on because of my low blood pressure. I guess that I will have to live with this chest pain until they decide to do something about it.
My dh has been phoning every day. He missed his plane by 2 days. When he got to the desk they said that his ticket was for jan 4 not jan 6. He couldn't beleive that his travel agent messed up. He managed to get on the flight. When he arrived in Prague guess what...no luggage. Deja vous...like last week in mexico no luggage.
My dd has had a migraine headache for three days now. She is not doing to well. She isn't sleeping much either.
Well I hope that you all have better news than I have.

DEE

G'day.

Dee boy you are not having a good time of it are you. I guess it is good to know that you are 'borderline' but I would HAVE to know what that meant. I guess we are all different, I am just a real pain (no pun intended )when it comes to my health and I am sure at times my specialist must just sigh when he knows I am in for my regular check up (had breast cancer some 5 years ago ).
Glorious day here today. Rode my bike to the ww meeting and I was amazed that I had lost 7 pounds, eventhough I had been very strict OP I thought a loss like that could not be right, sure enough before the end of the meeting the weighing person said there had been something wrong with the scales and anyone who wanted to could weigh in again.
My true weight loss was 2 lbs , a little more realistic.
Have a good day all.
Cheers
Maria
30 lbs - 2 lbs = 28 lbs

Dee, it is great that you don't need surgery. Does your doctor think that you are supposed to keep chest pain indefinetly and be happy about it And you do need to know what borderline means. It is your body and your heart and you have every right to be aware of the meaning of your diagnosis. I have a big problem with doctors who act that way. If you were his wife or mother, he would expect the doctor to take the time to inform them. I hope your DD's migraine goes away. Now that she knows you don't have to have surgery, it might get better.

I had the most fun experience today. I rode the bike at the gym all the time reading posts on 3FC and Dotti's. I got to read threads that I normally wouldn't take the time for. There some interesting stuff out there. And the hour on the bike went by much faster than usual.

The kids went home yesterday and i went into my state of collapse. Then I woke up at 3 a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep. So now I feel like a zombie.

Is Donna still gone or had she deserted us?

Make sure you feed the squirrel well, Slavika. How did the hot dog buns turn out?

I ordered some Baker's breakfast cookies. They are great. Not near as dry as the Silk's cookies that I can get here. The Baker's cookies are pricey, but they are a nice nutritious filling and low-point snack. They are worth every dime. I used to spend more than that a day on cigarettes.
