OKay, now that the morning sickness is subsiding somewhat I find that I'm STARVING lately...yet nothing looks appetizing at least not that's remotely healthy. I need some easy, quick ideas for things like lunch. I could eat mac 'n cheese for days or cup o noodles but i really know that I need to and want to eat healthier!

What if you mixed some browned ground turkey and finely chopped brocoli or spinach with your mac n cheese? Maybe a soup with lots of veggies and some protein? Would a big turkey sandwich filled with lettuce, tomatos and onions sound good to you?
I'm not pg, but I have counselled pg women on diet before, and sometimes you just have to eat whatever will stay down! Ginger ale helps too! Congrats and good luck!

I hear ya! Early on I actually craved veggies and fruit. I thought how lucky! Then one week it changed and I could barely eat any veggies. Didn't even want to smell them. I started eating more beans, the veggie with more! You can try adding something healthy to the foods you do want. I add pureed squash to my spagetti sauce, you will never know it's there! Here are some foods that have worked well for me. Hope this helps!
Healthy Mac & Cheese cups - I eat a couple of these a day as a snack. Here's the recipe, I use whole wheat noodles in mine and I just use frozen squash instead of the orange puree. (side note, they help to hmm um . . keeps things regular)

Baked Sweet Potato - I add whatever veggies, onions, cheese, beans I have around, mix it up and re-heat in the oven. Good for a snack or meal.
Flatbread Pizza - I start with a whole wheat tortilla, add olive oil or pesto, veggies (whatever is your fav) turkey pepperoni, and of coarse load it up with 2% cheese. Bake for 10 min at 350. Very satisfying when you're craving pizza!
Beanie Brownies - Here's the recipe. I do use a combo of real sugar and agave instead of the sugar free ingredients during pregnancy. I also use bittersweet chocolate instead of non-sweet.

Thanks for the ideas!!
I do add pureed spinach and carrots to all of our spaghetti sauce dishes (which we seem to eat a lot because..well I crave it :D )
I picked up the stuff to make a big pasta salad today that will hopefully last me a week...unless DH gets his hands on it that is.
I've been on a sandwich kick lately too so turkey sandwiches are always good hehe and those flatbread pizzas sound wonderful! aaah i need to go back to the store now haha
