I just bought this book. Has anyone else read it at all? I think it's a stupid name :lol: but a good plan.
I had Gestational Diabetes and learned then how to eat like a diabetic. I need to get back to eating that way as I am Carb Sensitive. This book appears to help with that - though I am only part way through.
Just looking for someone else's opinion.
