I'm not a lot of help this week to our overall total, but I'll add my .6 pound loss. (I've had a week of not concentrating on weight loss due to a baseball tournament, but I'm back to routine this week.)

WTG everyone, congrats

I dropped 5 lbs since last week....I can't believe it. I stepped on the scale and I broke the 300 lbs, I weighed in at 298 lbs this morning...WOOHOO

Last week - 303

Yesterday I was 263.8 and this morning... 261. I like to weigh daily. Mind if I put my totals every day and then a final total on Sunday?

So down 2.8 lbs so far this week (huge gain due to sodium/period)

When I started my weight loss I was 263lbs. This week I am 253lb. The 10 pounds was over a week and the weekend. I'll start weighing in on Sundays I think, instead of Fridays.

After jumping on the scale several times this week to see a gain, I am almost relieved to see that this morning (my official weigh in day) that I am still 279. So no weight loss for me this week. :(

We could. I usually just total it all up on Sunday for a final weekly total. But if everyone wants to keep count when you post, we could.

I didn't post last week, as I ate too much on the weekend and went up 1.3kg (2.9lb), but I lost it all plus a bit more this week, -3.2kg (-7.0lb). Woot! This takes me to 103.1kg (226.8lb). I'm edging ever closer to my next goal of 100kg (220lb).

June 1 - 264lbs
June 7 - 256lbs

Total Lost: 8lbs

You can post your start and end weights, just make sure to include the total number of pounds lost so it makes for easy adding at the end of the week! You can post on your weigh-in day, or daily and then just provide a end-week total for the final count.

So -5 lbs so far. THANK GOODNESS all of the sushi and period weight seem to be coming off.

no loss - no gain. Maintaining this week at 264lbs.
Can't say I was actually trying very hard last week. Lots of water retention - only exercised for 3 days - WAY 2 much going on.

This coming week is going to be the same...

My loss is 3 this week and I'm in the middle of TOM, I'm sure you can hear me moooooooing from over here. Never mind the scale I would just like to be able to do up my pants!

Regardless that's 209, only 9 more pounds to mini goal. How exciting!

Nope. You can post your weight whenever your weigh-in day is during the week or post daily and provide a total lost by Sunday so all the pounds can be added up and boasted about on next week's thread.
