Is there a site where I can plug in my recipe and have it spit out nutrititional info like calories and sodium and grams of carbohydrates, protein and fat?

If you use a Mac, you can get MacGourmet which will do that for you.

Yeah--all I need is another reason to get a Mac, lol!
I remember "making the choice" in 1983--and PC's didn't even have mice then. Windows hadn't even been invented yet.
