Announcements and Forum Help! - How do I put a link in my signature?

I don't want the url to show. I tried typing "my blog" highlighting it and then using the drop down box and putting in the address to the blog: but the url still showed when I previewed.

I'd appreciate it if someone could walk me through it, thanks.
