Biggest Loser Challenges - A little confused- Summer Challenge 1st weigh in?

Are we supposed to weigh in and give a weight today for June 1? I wasn't quite sure if the first weigh in was FOR June 1st or if we don't weigh in until June 8th.
Personally, I'm hoping for June 8th because I started weight training and it's caused a GAIN!

Hi bindersbee,
Our first weigh-in since we gave our starting weight has to be posted before midnight tomorrow (June 1). This is the end of Week 1 of the challenge.

Ah, thanks! Crud! I can't believe I'm going to have a freaking GAIN when I was almost 3 lbs. lower this time last week. I sure hope the weight training pays off long term because the short term sucks!

lol...the weight gain from lifting is only water so it wont last to long

The long term benefits from weight training far exceed the pain of the small gain in the first week or so.
