Not sure if this is where this would go, but i made an excellent breakfast today. it totals about 310 calories.
its a breakfast burrito.

1 egg - 70 calories
1 whole wheat tortilla (high fiber)- 150 calories
2 cups of fresh spinach - 10 calories
laughing cow light swiss wedge - 35 calories
fat free cheddar cheese (shredded) 45 calories

i first used a tiny bit of extra light olive oil, and sauteed some spinach with some garlic and some scallions (no calories in garlic and scallions) i also threw some mushrooms in, because i LOVE mushrooms

once the spinach cooked down, i scrambled 1 egg and added the spinach mixture to it, i then sprinkled half the cheddar cheese allowance (about 1/4cup is 45 calories) on top and let it melt.

i put the tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, and spread the laughing cow cheese on top, then i added the spniach and egg mixture to the burrito, sprinkled the rest of the cheddar cheese on top and rolled it up like a burrito,

im eating it now. DELICIOUS. i had to share -
