thanks. hopefully this time i will be able to control myself. with celiac, there is no cure or medicine. you get better as long as you stay gluten free. but.... i am a bread addict. not to mention the fact that gluten (its in flour) is in everything.

I'm a bread addict, too. I'm not allergic, but I put the weight on when I eat it, so I'm staying clear for now.

Another bread addict here. My solution is South Beach, because if I "can't" eat something, it's better than trying small doses of it. But that's just me. Welcome!!!!
