LA Weight Loss - Onderland?

What exactly is "Onderland?" I've seen it mentioned here several times and I tried googling it and even urbandict'ing it and I still cannot find a definition for it... can someone define it for me? :)

It is losing out of the 200s to a weight that starts with a 1.
