Hi there,
I am 38 and need to lose about 40 pounds. I lost a fair amount of weight about three years ago by watching my portions and joining a gym. When the gym closed I fell into some bad habits and am back to square one.
I am looking at the Couch to 5K program for some structure on developing a cardio program again, need to dust of some free weights, and have to figure out a diet plan I can stick with
I am hoping to find, and give, some support to others with common goals.
