Calorie Counters - calories in a chicken shish kabob?

I'm heading to a festival this weekend, and I'm hoping to find some of the possible "more" healthy foods they may sell at the concession stands.

Anyone know how many calories a chicken shish kabob stick is? My calorieking book I have with me doesn't say anything on that :(

Depends how much it weighs, and whether it's dark or light meat...these things can vary.

I'd eyeball how much it is, figure out if its skinless and whether its light or dark meat, or a combo, and add a tsp or two of oil to your count. That'll get you close!

I had one for dinner last night - white meat, some kind of BBQ sauce lightly brushed over - and the package said 130 cals per skewer. It wasn't very big, though.
