Mini-Goals - Doing a Little Jig!

I weighed myself this morning and I've finally broke 170 - I instantly starting dancing in the bathroom at work! :carrot:
I was so freaking excited I was walking down the halls of my office with the cheesiest grin.
21 down, 19 more to go. Woo Hoo!
I was a little down on myself becuase I had a bad week, but I smacked myself in the head and got back on track and its working!

Yeah! I can't wait to see that number on the scale. Good for you! Especially for picking yourself back up after a bad week. That's the difference between making and maintaining goal and having to start at the beginning again.

Congratulations!!!!! I know I'm going to be jigging in public when I hit that number! You are doing fabulous - esp picking yourself up after a bad week - that does say COMMITMENT. I have no doubt you'll make your goal. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
