Default Help!! Need answer ASAP Plzzzzz...

I am confused on how to count the pasta that I am having for dinner. I am having Ronzoni Smart Taste, thin spaghetti. The serving is 2 oz. Is that dry or cooked??????? Help! I dont want to go over my points.

The serving size on a pasta package is for the dry pasta.

Baby Blue--

I MUST share something with you. I cooked the ****ake noodles last night made from Tofu. The ENTIRE bag is 40 calories--sodium is just 30mg--the carbs are 6. Again, for the entire bag.

WOW! I am amazed. It was really very good. Tonight I am making Italian with the crazy things.

Ha ha... I posted a cake recipe with fruit c o c k tail as an ingredient, and that got censored, too! The noodles sound great, and I'm going to look for them. Thanks for the tip.
