Weight and Resistance Training - I advanced to a new dumbbell weight!

I love this!

I found out at the gym that I had built enough endurance in weight training to finally progress from 12.5 lb dumbbells to 15 lb dumbbells for biceps/triceps exercises!! :carrot:

Don't you guys just love that feeling upon realizing you can advance to a new dumbbell weight that you've never done before????? :D

The feeling's awesome! :cool:

you should dump the dumb bells and do pullups/chinups and dips to work your biceps and triceps.
