Default Could some one help me with a good calorie cycling schedule ?

I'd like to try calorie cycling I kind of have in the past unintentionally in a way like If I'm really full around 1300 calories one day I'll stop there and if the next day I'm feeling ravenous I'll let myself eat 1700.

I aim for 1500-1600 a day..

I'd like to have a set schedule of calories per day to see if that will give my weight loss a boost.. but I don't know the amount of difference I should have between the days.. could some one give me a example?

thanks!

I haven't tried calorie cycling, but here is a calculator you can try:
