Oh My Poor Abs!
Yesterday I did a new machine at the gym that works abs and it was way more intense than the other weight machines I use for abs! It's one where you sit and put your arms up over your head (so your hands are above your head on either saide) and your ankles go behind a bar and then your upper body and lower body crunch together at the same time. Oh lord am I ever sore today!! Oddly enough I'm sore mostly in the obliques along the sides of my abs and the very lower part of my abs. It hurts to cough and I just got over a cold that has left a lingering cough, dang!
