Good mornin chicks!

I am down another lb. :woohoo: That brings my total to 18 lb lost and 18 more lb to go. It's a great feeling to be at the half way mark. My next mini goal is to get under 200. I am so close I can smell it!!

I have decided to do one thing each day that will help me reach my goal. Today I am planning on eating at my desk and then walking during my lunch period. Then after work if it doesn't start raining I will do a few more laps.
What does everyone have planned for today?

Beth - so happy for you! :)

DH and I played our first softball game last night. We lost, but not by much. I have my first wound...a bruise on the inside of my knee! Ball clipped my knee on the way through my legs! :lol3: I had so much fun last night and Jaxxon (my puppy) was such a good little team mascot! :lol:

I've got french class tonight and hopefully it isn't raining when I get home at 8pm so that I can take Jaxxon for a walk!

Other than that...I'm a little tired...but I'll survive! ;)

I've been out for the last month (or thereabouts)... and I feel kind of sick for doing it. I've managed to lose a kilo and a bit, but that's it. I stopped writing down what I ate, stopped caring what I ate. I'm glad I'm not going up, but I need to be responsible for lagging behind the weight-loss wagon.

I've revised a few goals in the last couple of days. Rather than 62kg being my end weight, I changed to 65, and changed the time that I want to fit into a size 14 from end of June to end of July. But I will be making my first goal of 85kg by the end of next month, which I'm really happy with.

So, here I am, ready to rock. Again. :D
