I am not on Atkins, but can't help but wonder if Light Soy 2 carb grams in an 8oz glass could be part of the 20 Induction carbs.
I do another weight loss program, but I do read here because I admire your knowledge.

I'm not Jerseygyrl but wonder why you would have an 8 oz glass of Lite Soy. I guess the carbs could be counted as part of your 20 but you'd also be getting a lot of salt in that much soy sauce. Or am I mis-reading your question?

My mistake, I meant light soy MILK....opps!! 2 carbs in 8oz serving of Soy Milk...sorry about that...thank goodness you did reply...after reading it again, it does sound like soy sauce :-)

The rules of Atkins Induction clearly state, "eat NOTHING that is not on the acceptable foods list" That being said, soy milk does not appear on that list.
Technically, soy is a legume, therefore soy milk should not be added until the OWL (On Going Weightloss) phase (phase 2) rung 6 of the carb ladder.
