I just came from watching the live BL finale and I am PSYCHED to get back on my path to health and wellness. I was doing pretty well on my own but I took my focus off my goals and I started getting off track-- one donut here, one missed workout there. I've only regained two pounds and I want to keep it from getting out of control. So tonight re-energized me and I am ready to reach my goal. Let's do this! :carrot:

it always gets me pumped...especially when I see Bob :hug: I just want to work out like a monster lol and get in that zone! it's such an inspiration. Glad you're getting back on track! Good Luck!!:)

I totally love the B.L. Work outs and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jillian Michaels 30DS... totally KICKS MY BUTT!!!
Just remember if you have Comcast on Demand you can get those work outs for free on the Exercise TV Channel.. That is the best part!!
