Default Fresh start!

Ok, i finish uni next week and will be going home in 2/3 weeks time. At home i will not have any uni work to worry about. My parents can control my meals, hopefully i will have a job, i am intending to swim regularly, and join the local badminton club. What little steps can i take right now, before i leave uni so i can hit the ground running and not have such a huge shock to the system when i get home and am forced to eat healthily and exercise regularly?

I suppose you`ve listed it all! You can already start all that! You can go jogging which will make it easier foryou to take up badminton. You can start to cut down on unhealthy foods which will make it easier to keep it going once you are at home rather than postpone it just for the one day...
