Default Hello, I'm new.
Hello Everyone, I'm new on the forums. I had been a member a few years ago and fell off the wagon and off the forums.
I work for a health care provider and we are promoting a new health/weight loss program so I decided I better get with it. Also, this last weekend I attened my Grandfather's 90th birthday party and saw pictures of myself....need I say more? I'm sure most of you understand.
I have gained 40lbs since Christams, and have about 100 to loose.
Nice to be here and read all of you success stories. Any advice you may have or hints on how to navigate this site would be great.
ps. where can I find a weight countdown like some of you have on your posts?

Hi Scarlet, welcome back! There are so many things to read here! I would just take my time and read, read, read if I were you. The challenges under the sub-forum "Chicks up for a Challenge" are a great way to stay accountable. The success stories are very motivational. I will say that the more you get involved and post, the more you'll get out of the site, and the site is wonderful!! As for the weight loss ticker, I think you have to have 20 days in and 20 posts before they will allow you to get one. That's not too long, so you'll be able to get one before you know it! Good luck on your journey!
