So, i've started to wonder a bit about why i cant get passed 74kg.

Here is my story in brief- Ive lost this exact amount of weight before about 2 years ago. i Got down to exactly 74 kgs and then stopped there because i looked normal right. I then gained it all back, therefore my lowest adult weight is 74kg (i can never even rember being less, because i didn't really weigh myself in highschool)

Ive been sitting at this weight for about 2 months now, but i couldnt exactly say im on a plateau because im not continuously on plan. Mind you i eat perfectly healthy with the occasional treat on the weekend.

For some reason i can't seem to stay on plan to get this last 8/9 kgs off. And i can't help wondering if it's possible that, i am sort of sub consiously not trying as hard because i dont THINK its possible for me to go below 74kg because ive never been there?

I mean last time i just stopped trying at 74kg cos i looked good..and i cant really imagine ever going lower than that?

Im not sure if this will really make sense to anyone, i just have this feelin that its all in my head and i might be saying to myself "you cant get below 74 anyway so you might as well choose a sandwhich instead of a salad!"

Does anyone else think that this is possible?

It could be one of two things: you're not pushing yourself hard enough, and you really need to step up your game like working out more, or it could be that your body is happy where it is. You could talk to a doctor if you're really concerned.
