I bought the points calculator while at my 1st meeting because I thought it would come in handy while grocery shopping and making better decisions about what I choose to eat
I do have a question about it however. When entering the fat and fiber vaules, do you put in the gram amounts, or the percentage value. It does not state which factor to put in in the calculator instructions, but if you put in the wrong value, it can make the points incorrect
