A doctor that works with my mom told me about it, so I ordered some and am patiently waiting for it to get here ( and shamefully using the fact that it isn't here yet as an excuse not to start dieting again just yet
) It's not really a weight loss thing. I guess it is like a whole food supplement with all of the vitamins and minerals you need to replace your multivitamin and extra antioxidants and stuff, only they all come from food instead of the synthetic stuff in regular vitamins.
ALL the reviews from people I have found say they feel healthier after introducing it into their diet, but there aren't many reviews on it at all, so I was wondering if anyone had tried it and has an opinion that doesn't come from a website selling it ????
