Weight Loss Support - A TOUGH time last night, but I MADE IT!!!

Hi all!
I posted that last night, I was at my wit's end trying to fight an overwhelming urge to SNACK SNACK SNACK!
Well....I made it! I followed all of your suggestions (and I mean ALL): I went for a walk, I went to the drug store to pick up shampoo, I picked up my knitting, I had some hot tea, I read a book, I went to bed early!
And I made it!!!
Thanks EVERYONE for the support -- it sure does help!
I hope you all made it too, without too much dietary damage last night!

I need to work on my evening snacking as well. I also picked up my knitting last night and it helped.

i looked at my weekly points standing and decided i could have that piece of pie :)

it was sickeningly sweet and i only ate a couple of bites.

weird how fast my tastebuds have revolted against highly sweetened foods

i am so confused by the pace of change. but maybe my body was just screamingly ready for change.

ima go with it at any rate.
