Default new here and feeling overwhelmed

Hi - I know based on my status it would appear not to seem like I have a problem, however, I have recently gained quite a bit of weight and should know exactly what to do but need some feedback.
I have always worked out and have kept my weight down for a long period of time but recently I have been struggling with having motivation and energy to work-out. I had the help of diet pills of course. But the mood swings are not worth it and they are no longer working. I also have no idea how or what to do at this point.

Has anyone really done the 5-6 small meals and worked out only to gain weight??? Has anyone taken Phentermine only to have it not work any longer or gain the weight right back?

hi there, welcome to 3FC. I think that with diet pills its pretty typical to gain the weight right back once you stop, you might not have changed your diet or lifestyle enough to maintain the loss that the diet pills created. Hopefully someone else will pop in soon and be able to shed more light for you

Hi AD, welcome! I agree with Iconised_ghost. When you started taking the diet pills, did you also change the way you eat to healthy eating? It really does take healthy eating, smaller portions, and limited calories (although not severely limited because that will slow your metabolism). Read lots around here and ask questions, and I'm sure you'll find the answers! Good luck!
