Mary here, from Portland, Or! I've been checking out the forums for quite a while and have decided to start being active in your community!
I'm new to formal fitness and am trying my best to adapt to a new way of eating! I've been careful about what I eat for a month now and have been tracking everything at The Daily Plate, which if you haven't checked out you should!
I'm trying to eat clean, as they say, and I've been really excited about where this is taking me. I also started the 30 Day Shred this morning and had a "killer" time
Anyhow, I'm glad to be here and learn from you guys!
One thing though, i must say I'm a little disappointed I can't have a signature yet. I was looking forward to starting my weight ticker! I'm not a spammer, I swear
