So, today bf and I walked about a half mile down to the trail and skating on our roller skates for awhile before walking a mile or so out to the south side works and then watched wolverine and then walked back and skated again since we had some time to kill. THen we walekd the .5 mile back home, all uphill! I didn't have to stop once for a breath, but it was definately a work out. It felt good. It feels good to be back on track.

I can't wait till the pool opens! and kennywood (amusement park) and bf won two free tickets there at work at a meeting. So I need to lose about 20 more lbs so I can FIT in the stupid rides. I can probably lose more than that by then if I am on track though.
