Found this on the news today:

WASHINGTON – Government health officials warned dieters and body builders Friday to immediately stop using Hydroxycut, a widely sold supplement linked to cases of serious liver damage and at least one death.

oh my b/f uses it every single day.... i used to use it but have a dr prescribed diet pill now.... i'll pass on the info thanks

That is SO scary. There are NO shortcuts!! Diet and Exercise!
