New From TN
Hi everyone...just wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to the community here, but not to trying to lose weight.
I've been overweight all my life and have tried every diet imaginable. They all work, for a while. Then I go right back to gaining the weight again.
So now I have a new goal. I'm using exercise to help me lose weight. I've been doing this for right at a month now. It's working well. I do weigh myself, but I try to concentrate more on measurements, which I do every 3 weeks.
I'm hoping to be posting more soon about how this is going for me. If anyone has any suggestions, pleas let me know!
