Announcements and Forum Help! - Love this site, but.....

Why do they allow advertisements on their website about losing weight with eating whatever you want and not exercising? Come on now- we all know that doesn't work! I'm so sick of these pop ups when you are looking on other websites that pop up and say with these 2 little secrets I lost _lbs in_ weeks, and it is an advertisement for acai berry and some colon cleanser. Anyone else sick of these?

Well, it looks like the ads are by Google and not sure who has control over them ... I have clicked on one once or twice. Only because I think Google pays you based on number of clicks you get, where you get them from, etc. and I figure 3FCs has this great forum for us and this is a small way for them to profit a bit.

What we do here is awesome and totally free so I don't see the harm in putting up with perimeter ads and clicking on them once in a while.

I'm sorry about the ads :( Right now they are running without a filter to get rid of the crap, but I'm working on it.
