WW Food and Point Issues - Pocorn Confusion

I usually eat air popped pop corn, with maybe some salt and a spray of Pam. I am really confused on the points for popcorn. In my food guide, it says that 3 cups equal a point. However, in the forums, I see that 5 cups equal a point. Which is it?

Pam and Salt are 0, So I would go by the info on the popcorn bag and use your points calculator. I take the easy way out, Jiffy Pop makes one point bags all you do is put it in the microwave.

You take the information on your popcorn kernal bag. You cannot take airpopped and compair it to 94% fat free microwave.
