HI everyone, my name is Kathy. I just got back from my consult & I start the pre conditioning phase tomorrow. I have to do it for a week & then next Fri I take my class. I am very excited & nervous at the same time. I always fail, although I never paid this much money for a program before so maybe that will be my incentive! I want to lose between 40-45 lbs.
A little about me, I am a SAHM, I have 5 kids ages 3-22. My husband just passed away in Nov from cancer, we were married almost 23 yrs.
I am very excited to take this journey with you all.
My starting weight is 185.
