Default Hula Hoop?

Anyone use a weighted hula hoop? Where did you get it? what type would you recommend? Just looking for some info. I have heard/read that it is a good way to tone up abdominal muscles. After 3 kids and 3 c-sections (vertical incision) I need some help!

Hula Hoops! I was a master hula hooper as a kid! They don't make em' like they use to though. All the hoops I've come across have been flimsy. So if anyone knows where to get a good HH from let us know!

I absolutely LOVE my (3 lb) weighted hula-hoop. It's definitely at the top of my favorite activities to do.
I'm sorry to say but your best bet would be purchasing one via Amazon. Trust me, you're only going to find the cheap water or sand filled kiddy ones in the stores, which really don't make much of a workout (and sadly with the inactivity of kids these days, even THOSE are becoming harder to come across).
http://www.amazon.com/innovation-wor...9863331&sr=8-1 This is the particular hoop that I own. Some people complain about the knobby things on there and bruising, but honestly your body gets used to it in a day or two if you keep at it. It's super fun(great to do in front of the TV or while listening to some fast-paced music), easy, and I'd definitely recommend it.
