While i was doing south beach (way back when) I found a delicious snack
Turkey pepperoni with french onion laughing cow cheese wedge. You spread the cheese on the pepperoni and then put it in the microwave. It melts on it and makes the pepperoni have somewhat of a crunch. Its kind of like eating chips and its very healthy.
