I have one. I work for 24hour and they gave me a free membership to the Apex online site.

I think it's a very useful gadget but I am not controlled enough to log my foods in everyday.

I was most surprised by how many calories I was burning during the day versus what I thought I was burning. Reality was significantly less.

I'd wear my heart rate monitor in spin class along with the bugg to see if the 2 gadgets were close and surprisingly they were.

I absolutely LOVE my body bugg. I have lost 52 lbs while wearing it. I now have my diabetes under full control and no longer have to go to a diabetes specialist. I am awware of what I eat and move more. as a result, the neuroapathy is leaving my feet and getting better.

I would advise anyone and everyone who is serious about their health to invest in one.

I found mine on ebay for about 100 bucks. (it is the older version, but works fine)
