WW At Home - Daily Point Allowance

So after lots of research and debate, I think I'm going to order the WW Momentum Plan from Ebay. =) Question though, does the kit include a chart or something to figure out your allotted points for the day? Maybe it's in one of the books? Or is there somewhere online I could go to figure that out?

Assuming it's the same materials that you would receive at the meetings, the formula is in the Week 1 book.

Unfortunately you won't be able to find it online, as WW is REALLY diligent about trolling the internet for people posting their magic formula!

Before I joined and got my booklet I found it online.

I found the guideline on the internet too. I do realize it may not be 100% accurate but it gave me a place to start
