well i never thought i wud be here again, wanting to lose weight for a second time. I thought once I achieved my goal I would be able to stay there and be happy, clearly not.
Since achieveing my goal I got ill, had immensely low blood pressure which was causing me to black out randomly, doctor stopped me exercising and forced me to eat more varied foods. Needless to say I have gained a stupid amount of weight.
In January I split with my boyfriend of 6 years, he has been rather negative towards me on many of public forums and amongst friends which has just caused me to comfort eat.
So, shelz returns, with a realistic goal this time and an immense feeling of guilt. I cant believe i have gained so much back. So this time I am looking to be at goal within three months, thats 2lb a week loss. I'm going to be doing 2 hours of cardio a day, half an hour of this is going to be a brisk walk!
I am so low at the moment all I can seem to do to cheer myself up is eat. I feel fat and ugly, like i have done for most of my life, and I want to change that. When I get bored or depressed I want to be able to go and exercise rather than eating! So, support ladies please.
my current stats are rediculous. I am going to use friday as a weigh in day so I will adjust the counters then. I *know* it will depress me, but its got to be done and I guess the only way is down now!
I remember you too! I was actually quite worried about you. It seems like you got the help you were looking for. I'm sorry about what happened with your boyfriend. According to your new goal you want to lose 2 lb/week for 3 months, so you want to lose about 24 lbs? You probably look beautiful at the weight you are. Don't get yourself back into the situation you were in please! We are all here for you and are so glad you are back!
I remember you, too! And I agree, when you left us you were looking for some help gaining weight - not loosing!
I am sorry you have had a rough time and I have missed you around here, but I agree with Angel, 24 pounds maybe be alot -- you very well could be perfect where you are!! What are your current stats?

last you were here you had admitted that you had an issue with your weight loss going over board. Is that resolved and are you on the right track again? Or are you still kinda having some struggles with preoccupation with food and exercise? I hope you're doing well!
