Default A reminder to myself for the next stall...

...and there will be one, that's the nature of the beast!

Since February 3rd this year I've lost (and in addition, lost 5lbs in January to get to that Feb 3rd start weight)
2.6
4.5
2.2
2.4
1.6
4.1
0.3
0.7
3.0

Interesting. And maybe a comfort to others having a stall.

You've just proven that weight loss is not linear.....thanks for the reminder!

Is that loss per week? If so, it looks very good to me. There are two weeks(?) that have less than 1 pound, one over one pound, and the rest are over two pounds.

Congratulations!

It is so important to remember that weight loss is a squiggly line and not a straight one!!

I love tracking my weight on a spreadsheet for this reason -- you can see that the line keeps going down overall!

Nice job seeing the overall picture.

The same reason I love the opening page of DietPower because it shows your weight on a graph. Since I don't enter my weight on any day but my weigh-in, it has flat areas and then drops. But I love seeing that it is a downhill slope.
