Hey guys....long time, no see. I don't know if any of you remember me.
My name is Amanda and I've been a long time off the bandwagon. Lost a lot of weight and then gained it all back...but I'm back to try it again. I remembered that this was a great support group the last time I lost a bunch of weight and I'm still on my goal to join the Air Force.
My current plan is walking with the hubby around my neighborhood 3-4 times per week, anywhere from 30-45 min up and down hills depending on how I'm feeling that day. He's very successful at dragging me out of the apartment even when I'm kicking and screaming I don't want to go lol. My eating habits are a little better than about a month ago...eating less and eating healthier. I'm very much a compulsive overeater and it's a struggle not to give in.
