Since starting weight watchers, what are your three favorite foods that you have discovered? Mine are:
1- Arnold's sandwich thins (I would use these over a hamburger bun any day)
2- PB2 (I love it!)
3- weight watchers ice cream (yum)

What's the PB2 like? All the WW offices in my region are pooling together an order to save on shipping costs, so I signed up for a jar. I loooove PB and can only seem to fit it in once or twice a week, so if it's good, I'll be a very happy lady!
And oh, my favorite discoveries so far are Joseph's oat & flax mini pitas (0 points for one!), laughing cow wedges, and big bags of washed trimmed green beans. I knew all these things existed before, but I've discovered their low point values now.

The PB2 is good. It's a great substitute for peanut butter and has the same consistency. If you don't want to buy it 4 jars at a time, tons of people are selling it on ebay or else you can get it at hyvee grocery stores.

Well, I cook with buckwheat ferinetta. Not too many people like making breads with wheat flour, but if you like that, use buckwheat ferinetta (only available through minn dak online) instead, its really filling :)

Well, I decided to give PB2 a try and ordered the 4-pack with the online coupon. I'd like to be able to eat an apple with PB and not have to be so skimpy measuring out little dabs of pb.

ARNOLD SANDWICH THINS!!
I buy the white kind because I LOVE white bread. I can't kick the stuff.
1pt for each sandwich thin. I use it for all kinds of stuff, sometimes I toast them. I use them as buns for my black bean burgers. My favorite new thing is to spread a wedge (or sometimes 2) of laughing cow garlic herb cheese on each side and then layer cucumbers, red peppers and onion on the cheese. A little veggie-cheese sandwich that is like 2-3 pts, depending on how much cheese I use. It is a great snack or to have with soup.
Mine are:
* Flatout Flatbread Healthy Grain variety (not the light ones) - 1 point
These are excellent for wraps and also to make quick pizzas.
* 1/2 cup any regular ice cream and a Joy brand (probably other brands too)
cone. (3 points)
* 0 and 1 point homemade soups - these can be a lifesaver when I'm out of points!

*Pepperidge Farm Deli Flats - Only 100 calories, no HFCS, high fiber and only 1 point! I love the soft oatmeal one.
*Laughing Cow Cheese - I like the light one.
* Jell-O sugar free rice pudding - I put cinnamon and reminds me of "tembleque" that is a popular but devilish dessert back home.
I think that's all the non-whole food that I still eating, I think...:D

* 0 and 1 point homemade soups - these can be a lifesaver when I'm out of points!
Would you mind sharing some recipes? I love soup and my life can be more happy with 0-1 points recipes.
Thank you!:)

Tumaro's Low Carb Whole Grain Tortillas (1 pt)
Thomas' Light Whole Grain English Muffins (1 pt)
Bob's Red Mill Non-fat powdered hormone-free milk. 1 tsp in my tea or coffee is 0 points and is all the milk I need. Since it's powdered, you aren't adding extra water to your drink, so it goes further - like you brewed your coffee in milk.

I'm totally obsessed with popcorn. Not the kind from the bag, but fresh, homemade. I got this microwave popcorn popper and pop like 3 tbsps of kernels. I usually sprinkle my 2 teaspoons of olive oil on it and spray a little "I can't believe it's not butter!" spray on it and then add salt. DELICIOUS. Also good with splenda and cinnamon. I've been meaning to try splenda and cocoa powder, too...
Also good are lesser evil snacks. They make kettle corn and these crunchy chip things. Only 2pts a serving. They sell them at Henrys.

Yesterday, I tried Walden Farms alfredo sauce, ruined my low carb expensive linguine! The smell was very chemical and the taste was like Comet or something. Guess maybe I'll look for a low cal tomato based sauce.
