You know, I'm glad that I'm responsible for updating this thread this month. I have been in a FUNK & the only reason I jumped on this site is b/c I didn't want to let my ladies down

I'm ready to jump back on the wagon now after 3 days of total debauchery last week. I saw my dad yesterday for the 1st time since X-mas & he was like "you've lost some weight haven't you?". Just the motivation I needed to get me back on track!

Augh, I hate to put this but I have a gain (+1.2). Yeah I did a little too much of the drink and be merry this past week However, I did manage to be under by 4 pts today. I even brought the kids to the movies and snuck in a flavored water and 100 cal pack as my treat This week is going to be better!

Good job to those of u that lost! I'm jelous! Just kidding! No wait, just a little lol.

Well that wasn't difficult to find!! Ok I was down .8 last Thursday to 189.8 I have another weigh-in tomorrow, but here's the thing, I'm PETRIFIED! I fell off the wagon and then it backed up and ran over me. Easter was disastrous. My only solace was the fact that I exercised my tail off, alas though, I ate all the bonus points, activity points and MORE... I stopped counting it was so bad. I don't know what's wrong with me? I know once I go face the music at weigh-in tomorrow I'll get back on track, but truthfully I am not wanting to. I just broke into the 180s and I just know I'll be back in the 190s again, and even though it's my own fault, I still feel crappy.

Ok sorry for the rant, well done on the losses and maintainers over easter ladies! For the gainers (and I know I'll be one) we will just have to work extra-hard this week and mitigate those damages!
