I had a dream last night that Pizza Hut was initiating a "Now Serving Breakfast" campaign (why Pizza Hut? I have no idea). I had a promo coupon so I walked over to the restaurant that's about a half mile from my apartment, and they had their pizza buffet carts full of breakfast foods. Bad breakfast foods. Like glazed/powdered/chocolate donuts and jumbo blueberry muffins and omelets slathered in five kinds of cheese.
Now you'd think, since this is a dream, that I'd be jumping for joy and stuffing my face with all of these tasty calorie bombs I haven't eaten in months. But I was actually upset. I couldn't find any fruit or plain ol' whole wheat toast but I was surrounded by these mountains of fried sugar and I kept running around trying to find something good to eat but couldn't...and I woke up angry at the fast food industry and sulked into the kitchen to make my steel cut oats and green tea.
I'm dreaming about nutrition now. I suppose that's a good sign :?:
