Hi all,
I have been enjoying your recipes tremendously and wanted to add a yummy breakfast omelet I made this morning.

I used 2 eggs for a regular omelet and added low fat cheese, turkey pepperoni's and pizza sauce (no sugar added).

It came out delicious, I would have definitely added some veggies but had no good pizza veggie choices this morning, it's shopping day.

Yummy! I haven't seen premade NSA pizza sauce in stores - did you make your own or did you get blessed by the product fairy? :)

This sounds really good, I'll have to pick up some turkey pepperoni and try it.

For the pizza sauce I just checked the labels. Ragu pizza sauce has no sugar or high fructose corn syrup etc. It has a total of 5g of carbs my guess is from the tomatoes. Ingredients are: tomato puree(water, tomatoes), vegetable oil, salt, spices, natural flavor(whatever that means). You could probably get it even lower with just tomato sauce and some spices.
