Default Subway Sandwiches?

When the WW Dining Out Companion lists a certain point value for their 6 inch Subway sandwiches, are they including the bread? I thought it did but then they have the bread listed separately.

Hope someone knows the answer to this cuz we're planning on visiting "The Living Desert" tomorrow and taking Subway sandwiches for a picnic!

I check the points values online and the value for a veggie delite is 5 and turkey is 6, I think that this includes wheat or italian bread, but the other breads may change the values slightly. I'd say check the website if you're in doubt!

I think the bread is included in the sandwich information, or at least that is how I've been eating and counting them.
I love Subway, so WW friendly!

Yes, the bread is included.... unless you get a bread with cheese on it, those ones are extra points.
