Okay, about 30DS...Level one, I had taken a few days off after about 5 days because I got really sick and just couldn't really do anything. Since then, I have been doing it every single day and am almost halfway though level 2. Level 2 does a LOT of plank related things like walking push-ups(I think they are called that, I can't hear the audio because of my noisy boys
). I just start it and push myself though it, before I know it I'm doing the cool down stretches...such a relief!! I do pause the video for a few seconds maybe 3 times during the workout because I need water! Anyway, stick with it, it does get a bit easier. I am seeing major changes so I'm very happy with it. Oh, BTW, I started with 5 lb weights and found that 3 lb weight just work out a lot better for me. I don't know what you are using, but it does make a huge difference!
