I got this cat from a rescue shelter over a year ago. When he was old enough, I had him neutered. Never had any problem with him at all, even though a neighbour has about 5 cats that roam around day and night. These cats never bothered my cat, and actually till don't. But my cat has started going over the 6' fence to another yard where there are dogs. He sits in the other yard and screams his head off and won't come back over until I call him. He is used to dogs, I have 4 of my own and the cat gets on very well with my dogs. Why on earth would he start wondering into other yards after all this time?

Cats are very curious so maybe since he's gotten comfortable living in your house/environment since the move of the shelter... he has seem to be getting comfortable of exploring other places?

Of course, my cat likes to go into the neighbor's yard and bug their dog. She will just sit there a bit out of reach of the dog and the dog will just go crazy at her. I think its a game/attention seeking she does for fun. She's a weird one.
