Ok I know you are not "supposed" to care about how you look at the gym, but i mean come on! there are so many cute guys there checking you out!
So I don't care about the makeup, or trendy gym wear thing,
but what I do care about is that I am really pale, and when I work out, my face gets shockingly BRIGHT red. I feel fine, but it honestly looks like I am going to faint or something. My friends think it is hilarious!
So of course right after I finish my workout and am beet red, I always seem to run into the guy I have a crush at in the gym.
Does anyone have any tips about what i can do to get rid of the redness so I at least look decent when I leave the gym?
Although I will say, from a biological/evolutionary perspective, he's more likely to find a flushed, red face attractive. Red is a mating color. Really! Multiple studies have shown that a red tint on a woman, either on her dress or her lips or her cheeks, can draw a man in and make him find a woman more attractive (Hello! That's why we wear blush!).
So rock that flushed look with confidence, and try not to worry so much!
LOL! Yeah, add me to the list of people to tell if you find the answer. I have a very fair complexion and any flush looks kinda nuts. I don't usually mind too much about it because I figure if a guy passes me over because I'm flushed, then he's not the kind of guy that's worth my time.
I don't have an answer for you cause girl, I get red! However, who heck says we are not supposed to care what we look like at the gym. I love my little matching workout clothes and it make feel good and motivated!
Hahaha! Glad I am not the only victim of the red face!
as for the "red tint on women" well lets hope this guy likes more of a bold red!
hahaha
and you rock those cute matching outfits! I have a pink ipod and matching aluminum water bottle, and love them! hahaha whatever makes you feel good about going to the gym!
I look like I'm about to pass out too. But there really aren't any cute guys at my gym except one and I already married him so he doesn't mind my red face.
at least he's seeing you after the workout! because I find that if I'm working out especially hard I'll bare my teeth in this wild animal snarl as I push through.
